Step One
Fill out our Vendor Profile form and submit to us with your company's most recent W-9. This will enable us to set you up as a preferred supplier in our system.
Step Three​
When you have a client who is ready for financing, send us an intro email introducing your client. We will gather all required documentation & submit for approval.
Step Two

Once approved, we will provide you with a co-branded info packet to provide to your clients. This allows for seamless client application processing under your own name and brand.
Step Four
Once your client accepts our approval, we verify your banking info and send funds to your bank. We prefund 75% of our contracts at Apex.
