Submit your completed & signed credit application along with the most recent 3 months of your business bank statements and a debt schedule, if applicable.

Step Three

Apex will secure your approval and will provide you with a formal approval term sheet to review & accept.

Step Two

Our team will process your application & supporting documents and will contact you with any questions prior to sending your file to our credit team.

Step Four

Select your repayment term, sign your documents, and authorize the release of funds to your supplier. Congrats, your new equipment is on its way!
